Many books and articles had been written by religious scholars about how man may have genuine understanding concerning God’s word.  Yet in the end, people found themselves still searching for the truth about God.

How can we attain that exact knowledge about God that truly comes from the living God?  How do we gain that kind of wisdom not from one’s own thinking, belief or writings but from God’s own word in the Bible?

To answer such a question, we need not look far.  Let us listen to what a man of God spoke before on how can we have discernment regarding God; and how can we say we truly worship the real God.  That man is King Solomon.  Let us read what he has written:

“Be warned, my son, of anything in addition to them.  Of making

many books there is no end, and much study wearies the body.”

Ecclesiastes 12:12 (NIV)

“Of making many books there is no end, and much study wearies the body.” - King Solomon warned us before that many books will be written about God.  

It is true that many reading materials have been published about God throughout history.  In the end, men only wearied themselves because they still lack understanding about the one true God!

In order not to make ourselves weary in our search for true understanding about God, what book should we only read to know about God?

“Look in the scroll of the LORD and read: None of these will be missing,

not one will lack her mate.  For it is his mouth that has given the order,

and his Spirit will gather them together.”

Isaiah 34:16 (NIV)

Regarding God, we should only read the Word of God that was written in the Holy Bible.

Why should we read what is written in the Bible concerning the truth about God?

“Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without

revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.”

Amos 3:7 (NIV)

The reason why we should only read the Bible regarding God is that His truths were only revealed to the prophets.  God revealed His truths so that we may truly know Him.

Did God speak to His prophets?

“I spoke to the prophets, gave them many visions and told parables through them.”

Hosea 12:10 (NIV)

God speaks to them in this manner.  An example is how God spoke to King Solomon as follows:

“At Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon during the night in a dream,

and God said, “Ask for whatever you want me to give you.”

I Kings 3:5 (NIV)

What did King Solomon ask from God?

“Solomon answered, “You have shown great kindness to your servant, my father David, because he was faithful to you and righteous and upright in heart.  You have continued this great kindness to him and have given him a son to sit on his throne this very day.  “Now, O LORD my God, you have made your servant king in place of my father David.  But I am only a little child and do not know how to carry out my duties.  Your servant is here among the people you have chosen, a great people, too numerous to count or number.  So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong.  

For who is able to govern this great people of yours?”

I Kings 3:6-9 (NIV)

What was God’s response to King Solomon’s request?

“The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for this.  So God said to him, “Since you have asked for this and not for long life or wealth for yourself, nor have asked for the death of your enemies but for discernment in administering justice, I will do what you have asked.  I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be.”

“I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be.” - God granted him his request.  That is why he had the authority to say that had been revealed to him by God.  Therefore what he speaks, about how we can know the truth about God, is very credible and should be relied on

Let us return to:

“Be warned, my son, of anything in addition to them. Of making

many books there is no end, and much study wearies the body.”

Ecclesiastes 12:12 (NIV)

It is written that too much studying regarding the word of God has made us weary.  We will later learn why King Solomon warned us not to study too much about the word of God.

What should we first understand to realize the truth about God?

“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.”

Ecclesiastes 12:13 (NIV)

It is very clear, king Solomon said that man’s duty is to Fear God and keep His commandments.

Therefore, we must understand that we do not need to associate ourselves with any religious sect, group or movement and give to them offerings to indicate that we are truly with God.

How do we know that King Solomon was right in saying that our duty to God is to fear Him and keep His commandments?

See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse - the blessing if you obey the commands of the LORD your God that I am giving you today; the curse if you disobey the commands of the LORD your God and turn from the way that I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known.

Deuteronomy 11:26-28 (NIV)

Here, the prophet Moses speaks on behalf of God.  A choice was stipulated to receive a blessing from God if we OBEY His commands or a curse if we disobey and follow other gods which we have not known.

Thus, King Solomon was consistent in what he has written about God: that our duty is to fear God and keep His commandments because God’s decree is alive!  God is ready to grant any person based what he or she will do - Blessing if we obey, Curse if we disobey God.

Arising from this decree, we can understand that God gave us free-will.  He does not control the way anyone wants to live one’s life.  Just like Adam who was given by God a choice when God presented His law not to eat the forbidden fruit lest he die (Genesis 2:16-17). 

We too were given a decree by God, if we follow God’s commands - blessings, and if we would not follow and go after other gods whom we have not known – we will live under His curse.  The choice is ours.

Have the religions ever told the people of the world about this directive from God?  No!

As a matter of fact, these religions – the institutions that people regard as the authorities concerning God, instead of giving clarity they brought more confusion and divide people (as they themselves do not agree) and are even in conflict with each other on what they speak about God.  This makes some people blame God and even doubt His existence.

Now that we are aware of the said decree of God, we cannot blame God for our misfortunes. 

However, whether our lives are good or bad, the religions say, it is “God's will” or “God is in control of our lives”.  We should no longer think that way.  We make our lives: if it is good, we did it.  If it is bad, we made it to be bad.

Because of the said decree, we may now realize that the real reason why we are suffering these curses – the recurring disasters, wars, violence is not because there is no existing God but because we disobeyed His commands and worshiped other gods!

It is our fault why we are now suffering and not God’s.  We disobeyed Him and did not follow His commandments.

You may ask: how do we know that these disasters continuously happening today are signs of God’s curse upon us?

If you do not carefully follow all the words of this law, which are written in this book, and do not revere this glorious and awesome name - the LORD your God - the LORD will send fearful plagues on you and your descendants, harsh and prolonged disasters, and severe and lingering illnesses.  He will bring upon you all the diseases of Egypt that you dreaded, and they will cling to you.  The LORD will also bring on you every kind of sickness and disaster not recorded in this Book of the Law, until you are destroyed.

Deuteronomy 28:58-61 (NIV)

God Himself has warned that the events and the plagues, (which happened during the time of Moses in Egypt) will happen again.  Additionally, virulent viruses and plagues like AIDS, Ebola, SARS, Avian Flu, the mad cow disease (FMD), Swine Flu, the latest polio-like disease affecting children in California, USA and destructive hurricanes, earthquakes, unusual winter storms (which were not experienced in the time of Moses), are happening in our time. 

These are signs that the world is truly cursed by God because we worship false gods, do not fear God’s True Name, and do not follow His commandments.

We may now realize that what King Solomon had written concerning our duty to “Fear God and keep His commandments” is not just his opinion, but is the reality concerning God.

When it comes to the Name of God, if we truly fear God then we should not just call on Him by any name, we should call on his TRUE NAME.

How can you say you truly fear God if you do not give reverence to His true Name?

When it says we do not worship the real God, it means that we do not call on (His) God’s real and true Name.  Thus God’s curse is upon us.  Is this true?

Pour out your wrath on the nations that do not acknowledge you,

on the kingdoms that do not call on your name;

Psalm 79:6 (NIV)

The foregoing Bible passage, clearly states why God does not hear the prayers and is pouring out His wrath to the people of the earth.  It is because we do not call on His real and true Name.

This also answers the question of the 'freethinkers' as to why God allows such evil and destruction to happen to the world.  It is because we are living under His curse as we do not worship His Name and worship other gods we do not know.

Can we say that God did not warn us before that we might be deceived from disobeying His commandments?

Did the prophet Moses give us a clear warning about being deceived?

Be careful, or you will be enticed to turn away and worship other gods and bow down to them. Then the Lord’s anger will burn against you, and he will shut up the heavens so that it will not rain and the ground will yield no produce, and you will soon perish from the good land the Lord is giving you.

Deuteronomy 11:16-17 NIV

“Be careful, or you will be enticed to turn away and worship other gods” - in what the prophet Moses said, he gave a clear warning that we should take care that we should not bow down to other gods, otherwise we will suffer.  We certainly are currently suffering.  

Let us realize that FAITH is not enough to say we worship the real God.  We must ensure that what is being taught to us by any individual or church truly comes from God so that we may not be enticed away from the true God and be deceived.

The best way to understand how we may guard ourselves from being deceived and enticed to worship other gods is to learn from the mistake that Adam and Eve had committed before:

What is the teaching of God, the manner in which we can say we truly worship God?

And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any

tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge

of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."

Genesis 2:16-17 (NIV)

A decree was given to Adam and it is up to him whether to obey or not; “free will” was emphasized.  He may eat all of the fruits in the garden, except one. 

To worship God we have to obey His commandments.

Let us read how they were deceived:

Now the serpent was more crafty than

any of the wild animals the LORD God had made.

He said to the woman, "Did God really say,

'You must not eat from any tree in the garden'?"

Genesis 3:1 (NIV)

The serpent was talking to Eve, asking her regarding what God had told Adam about the prohibition of eating the particular fruit in the garden.  The serpent was misleading the woman, using God’s word and at the same time contradicting what God has said in Genesis 2:16-17: “they may eat all, except the forbidden fruit.”

What did the woman say to the serpent?

The woman said to the serpent,

"We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,

but God did say, 'You must not eat fruit from

the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and

you must not touch it, or you will die.' "

Genesis 3:2-3 (NIV)

This is the way to worship God, obey His commandments.  What did the serpent say to Eve?

"You will not surely die," the serpent said to the woman.

Genesis 3:4 (NIV)

This is the work of Satan: to go against God’s Commandments and teach it to others.  This means that in order for us not to commit the same mistake that Adam and Eve did, we must not let ourselves be deceived by just having faith in what any preacher/religious teacher speaks about God.  We must see to it that what they speak about God is the truth and in accord with what God had commanded us before.

Can we really change the Commandments of God?   Is it allowed?

Do not add to what I command you

and do not subtract from it, but keep

the commands of the LORD your God that I give you.

Deuteronomy 4:2 (NIV)

It is not allowed!  What was given in the law is the law; there is a punishment for breaking it.  If one is to alter or overturn the law and teach it to others, he will be terribly cursed.

Look at what is happening to our world today, with all the sufferings we have today we can no longer claim we are blessed but we are cursed because we have allowed ourselves to be deceived!

Before we proceed, we must first know who that 'snake' is?

The great dragon was hurled down - that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

Revelation 12:9 NIV

“The great dragon was hurled down - that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan” - That snake or serpent that deceived Adam and Eve is not just a snake, he is Satan.

“who leads the whole world astray” - we may now realize how Satan led the whole world astray from obeying God’s commandments.  This is proof that we have been deceived and are suffering God’s curse

“He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.” - Once we realize how to know the truth about God, we will understand that Satan was not alone in his deception.  He used not one but many angels or messengers to deceive humanity!   

We will learn who these are as we read this article (and other articles in this website).

Through the punishment that God gave upon the couple we can now understand that the wrath of God is great on people who allow themselves to be deceived by others.  God gave clear commandments and clear consequences for disobedience.  Yet, people choose to disobey because of the promise given by another (the snake).

The work of the deceiver is to make others break the rules or not comply with established directives.  The work of the snake / Devil/ Satan is to deceive people, as he did to Adam and Eve.  The deceiver prospers because people allow themselves to be deceived.  

In the case of Adam and Eve, if they remained steadfastly obedient to God and did not follow the snake, the deceiver would not have prospered and it would have been out of work.  But, with the empty promise made by the snake that they would be like gods and have immortality or ETERNAL LIFE, the couple chose to eat the forbidden fruit and thereby disobeyed God.

In our present time, in what form is the deception being done?

Let us use our understanding and common sense:  During natural disasters and conflicts, the religions ask us to pray to God.  They tell us to call on Jesus for salvation and receive eternal life (immortality in heaven)!  Does God hear our prayers?  Do the disasters stop?  No, the disasters are even getting worse.  This means that all the prayers, including those of the religions, are not heard by God.

Why?

The religions teach us to call on the name of Jesus in order to receive salvation. Yet we have always known that before Jesus died on the cross, he cried out: “My God! My God! Why have You forsaken me?” (Matthew 27:46)  Jesus cried out to God, but God let him die on the cross. How could the religions teach us to ask Jesus for help and salvation when he was not able to save himself?  Are the religions not deceiving us?

Furthermore, here was a man beaten, tortured, killed and admitted that God has forsaken him. Now, here comes a preacher who teaches us that that man who was beaten, tortured and killed is our savior from whom we should seek help.  It is very clear that that preacher is deceiving us!

With very effective propaganda machinery, the religions practically convinced the whole world to accept that Jesus is the savior of all in order to receive eternal life.  What a wonderful deception made by the devil or snake and his disciples!

Because we let ourselves believe in the deception by the religions - to call on Jesus for salvation, instead of calling on God directly – is it not reasonable to expect God to punish us?

This is the reason why the people of the world are currently experiencing severe difficulties.  It is because we ourselves accepted this deception. We are being cursed and chastened by God!

We cannot blame anybody else but ourselves for the hardships and sufferings that we currently experience, because we allowed ourselves to be deceived.  We believed in the teachings of the religions that are full of lies and deceptions!  We did not use our own understanding, but simply believed in the false teachings of the religions.

How do we confirm that the troubling events now taking place such as the religious-based armed conflicts, (especially in the Middle East) are proof that we do not know the truth about God and thus, are under His curse?

Let us read what Jesus said before:

"All this I have told you so that you will not go astray.”

John 16:1 (NIV)

Maestro (Teacher) Evangelista says: Jesus gave a reminder that he had warned everyone.

They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, a time is coming

when anyone who kills you will think he is offering a service to God.

Jesus knew that a time will come when people will kill each other, thinking that they are glorifying God.  Presently, these killings are often reported in the newspapers and radio programs; even the place and time of its actual occurrence can actually be seen on cable TV, satellite television programs, and the internet!

What is the real cause of these religious killings?  What did Jesus really say about it?

They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me.

John 16: 3 (NIV)

Jesus said: The reason for the killings between the opposing religions and nations is that they do not know the real God and the real Jesus.

To prove it: If you would ask people how many gods are there; they will answer: there is only one God!  They are unified in their response.

When asked about His name, they will give you many names, (Allah, YHWH, JEHOVAH, YAHWEH, Jesus) and they will fight over it.

It only shows that they don't really know God.  Jesus himself reveals that this is one of the reasons for the curse and the fighting in the world.

If one would ask about the person of Jesus, some would say that he is a “son of God”; that he is also a god (to the Christians); and to Muslims, he is the son of Mary and only a prophet; to others, and other religions, a son of God, but also a man.  

These are the facts that show that ALL THE PRESENT DAY MONO-THEISTIC RELIGIONS – CHRISTIANITY, ISLAM, and JUDAISM have not revealed the real name of God and have not shown the real Jesus.

That is why the killings persist up to the present.

During Moses’ time, it was only God who was not known.  Today, based on Jesus' words we can read that the true identity of both God and Jesus are unknown.

The cause of these armed religious conflicts is that none of these religions know the real God and Jesus.  Thus, to finally put an end to the killings, let us know the true God and the real Jesus through the Holy Bible.  When this is done, and the people understand and acknowledge the truth, the killings will stop and conflicts will come to an end.  The curse upon us will also end when the people learn of and call upon the real name of God.

Reading again God’s decree:

See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse - the blessing if you obey the commands of the LORD your God that I am giving you today; the curse if you disobey the commands of the LORD your God and turn from the way that I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known.

Deuteronomy 11:26-28 (NIV)

The cause of the sufferings we experience today is very clear:  We did not obey the laws of God and worshiped other gods that we do not know.  It means that we did not worship the real God and feared His Name.

A very important question now is:  What important commandment that God HIMSELF spoke about that (had we been patient and steadfast in heeding it), we should have never been deceived?

Let us read what God HIMSELF said before:

I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.

Deuteronomy 18:18-19 (NIV)

God has said before in Deuteronomy 18:18-19, about the ONE prophet whom He will send like Moses, and in whose mouth He will place His words (meaning the chosen one will not study the Bible on his own nor will he study ancient languages as God Himself will instruct him about His words) and the prophet will speak in His Name or reveal His (God’s) Name.

In what God said about a coming prophet, we should comprehend that God also gave a cue or reminder that He will call into account those who will not LISTEN to His words that the prophet speaks in His Name.

This purports that when it comes to the word of God, especially His Name - there is only ONE man who was given authority by God to speak about it and this is the ‘prophet like Moses’ whom God spoke about in Deuteronomy 18:18-19.

Since God said that when it comes to His word, we should listen to his prophet like Moses.  It follows then, that we should also listen to the prophet when it comes to recognizing the real Jesus, because God will guide him in presenting to all mankind His Word as to why Jesus was sent and if Jesus accomplished his mission that God decreed.

We must now realize that the claim of the apostles (in Acts 3:22-24) that Jesus was this prophet and the Muslims’ claim that it is Muhammad is now doubtful.  If this prophet is Jesus or Muhammad, religious killings and curses should never have happened.  We would have already known the true Name of God (as written in the Bible) and we should have long been living in peace and unity.

To clarify:  why does God need to send a prophet to speak on His behalf?

When the people saw the thunder and lightning and heard the trumpet

and saw the mountain in smoke, they trembled with fear. They stayed

at a distance and said to Moses, "Speak to us yourself and we will listen.

But do not have God speak to us or we will die."

Exodus 20:18-19 (NIV)

We will die if we hear God’s voice directly.  When the people of Israel, who just came out of their slavery in Egypt, heard God’s voice – they trembled in fear.  From that moment on, God never spoke directly to the people but only to His prophet Moses.

This shows that the real God always sends a prophet and that prophet will only say what God commanded him to say to the people.  This is shown to us by His prophet Moses.

The prophet “like Moses” is God’s Spokesperson in our time - just as Moses did before.

Why is there a need for God to send a prophet like Moses?

It is common knowledge that the prophet Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible, from Genesis to part of Deuteronomy.  How was he able to write about the events in the book of Genesis, especially about the time of Creation?  Who commanded him to write these events?

The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks

with his friend. Then Moses would return to the camp, but his

young aide Joshua son of Nun did not leave the tent.

Exodus 33:11 (NIV)

This is how close Moses is to God, and God speaks with him like a friend.

Moses was able to write the first five books of the Holy Bible, (especially about the events of Creation) because God, the Creator Himself, is the One who "revealed" the Word to him.

Moses only wrote the Word that was given or revealed to him

The prophet Moses did not live forever.  Thus, the task of the prophet that is “sent forth like Moses” is to give meaning or explanation to Moses’ written account.  He will also explain the other revelations from the other prophets of God.  The chosen one will not explain it through his own study or research of the Bible because God said that He will put His words in His prophet’s mouth.  It is God who will instruct him through the Bible on how to explain His Words about His Name and about Jesus.

This implies that the only man given by God the authority to explain why He commanded Moses to say “I AM”, (when Moses asked God if he were to answer the question of the Israelites about His Name (Exodus 3:12-14)) is the prophet like Moses and not the theologians. The prophet like Moses’ explanation comes DIRECTLY from God, while the theologians interpreted God’s word on their own as if they know God’s Word more than God.

What happened when the theologians made their own interpretation of the words “I AM” that God said to Moses?

The people became more confused as these theologians debate each other whether God’s name is YHWH, Yahweh, or Jehovah. To add more to the confusion, Muslims proclaim that Allah is the name of God, when it is just an Arabic word for “God.”  The term "God” is a title, and not a name.  This is why their prophet (Muhammad) is not the prophet whom God had mentioned in Deuteronomy18:18-19 because he never revealed the real name of God through the Bible.

You may ask: Isn’t Maestro Evangelista a Filipino?  Then, he is not the prophet like Moses because the verse in Deuteronomy 18:18 clearly stipulates that “… a prophet like you from among their brothers” and therefore a Jew.

The question for the reader is:

How do you know that the people whom God will consider as His Israel or His people will only be the Jews?

Is it true that God will consider other peoples to be His people Israel?

“I will plant her for myself in the land;                        

I will show my love to the one I called ‘Not my loved one.

I will say to those called ‘Not my people,’ ‘You are my people’;                                 

and they will say, ‘You are my God.’”                        

Hosea 2:23 (NIV)

“I will say to those called ‘Not my people,’ ‘You are my people’; and they will say, ‘You are my God.’” - God promised a long time ago that He will call those who were not His people as His people, meaning He will also consider other peoples as His people Israel.

Who are these people?

This third I will put into the fire; I will refine them like silver

and test them like gold. They will call on my name

and I will answer them; I will say, ‘They are my people,’

and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God. ’”

Zechariah 13:9 (NIV)

Those who will call on the real Name of God will be considered by God as His people.

When God chose Maestro Evangelista, a Filipino, to be His prophet “like Moses,” He first revealed to him His true Name in the scriptures; thus making Maestro Evangelista belong to the House of Israel and become an Israelite - the FIRST of God’s new Israel.

Since Maestro Evangelista is now an Israelite through the Name of God, we can understand that God indeed raised up a ‘prophet like Moses’ from the brothers of the Israelites!

To say that this cannot happen is to make God a liar in what He said in Hosea 2:23.

Is it true that the man whom God will call to be His prophet like Moses will come from the east - from the rising of the sun?

He treads on rulers as if they were mortar,

as if he were a potter treading the clay.

Who told of this from the beginning, so we could know,

or beforehand, so we could say, ‘He was right’?

“I have stirred up one from the north” - this was Moses.

“one from the rising sun who calls on my name” - this is the prophet like Moses.  When God called Maestro (Teacher) Evangelista be His prophet like Moses, God revealed to him His Name as written in the scriptures and Maestro called on His Name - the first of God’s new people

Those who will call on the Name of God will be considered by God as His people.  This means that for God you do not have to be a Jew to be an Israelite or be one of His people.  You only have to accept and acknowledge His true Name.

We are now witnessing how the scriptures are in harmony because it is now being revealed by the man, in whose mouth God has put His words and sent to speak in His Name - the prophet like Moses, in the person of Maestro (Teacher) Eraño M. Evangelista. 

This is why when we all call on the true Name of God there will be no more division or religious conflict because God will consider us all,  His people - all Israelites; we will be ONE people under God.

Maestro Evangelista is the very proof that God is true to His word in Zechariah 13:9 that He will consider those who were not His people, as His people once they acknowledge His Name!

What happened to us when we listened to the theologians and religious preachers in what they have researched about God?

“Be warned, my son, of anything in addition to them. Of making

“Of making many books there is no end, and much study wearies the body.”- because of reading the many books that the theologians have written about God, we only wearied ourselves,  

God already gave us a command that He will send a prophet like Moses (in whose mouth He will put His words and send to speak about His Name), we should have waited for that prophet and not listened to the theologians.

“Fear God and keep his commandments,” - consistent with what the prophet Moses said in Deuteronomy 11:26-28 which is to obey God and keep His commandments

Now we can understand why that it is only a waste of time to study other books regarding God because we were only required by God to listen to His words that He commanded His “prophet like Moses” to speak to us through the Bible.

Look at what happened when we listened to the religious preachers and so-called theologians: the more that we have become divided about God instead of being united as one people!

The prophet Moses said in Deuteronomy 11:26-28, that if we obey God’s commandments (His Word in Deuteronomy 18:18-19) to listen to His prophet like Moses, we will attain God’s blessing.  What is this blessing?

“For God will bring every deed into judgment, including

every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.”

Ecclesiastes 12:14 (NIV)

The blessing that God will give to us is the faculty to know and understand the things that were hidden from us: to realize its meaning, and to discern the difference between good and evil; to see the difference between the teaching of God and the teaching of Satan. 

This gives us the knowledge we need so that we can no longer be deceived by anyone since we now know the two sides of the matter.  With this knowledge and understanding, you can no longer be fooled or deceived.  If you still allow yourself to be fooled or deceived, it can now be said that the problem is YOU!

And for us to have that blessing we should follow God’s important commandment in Deuteronomy 18:18-19, to listen to His prophet like Moses.

By obeying God’s commandment in Deuteronomy18:18-19 to listen to His words that He commanded His prophet like Moses, (Maestro Evangelista to reveal to us through the scriptures and by FEARING the consequence of God’s punishment if we do not listen to God’s word), we will have the blessing of having TRUE WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING about God’s word in the Bible!

What do we mean by the “the fear of the LORD?"

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom,

and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

“The fear the LORD is the beginning of wisdom” - this is the time we will come to know about God.

“knowledge of the Holy One is understanding” - so that we can say that we fear God and obey His commandments, we should also know the God whom we fear.

To fear God is to fear His Name.  Why?  

Who is the real Holy One?

Who will not fear you, Lord, and bring glory to your name?

For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship

before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.

Revelation 15:4 NIV

As an example: when a man says that he fears God and we ask him, how many gods are there, he would answer, there is only one God.  When asked again, what is the name of the God whom he fears, he doesn’t know the answer - and could only say, there are many names.

This is because he doesn’t truly know Him (God).  A fool’s confession!

How can you know if the god you worship is the real God?  If you don't know His Name, you are cursed!   This is what Maestro Evangelista is doing for the people of the world.  He is fulfilling his duty from God (as His prophet like Moses), to proclaim what God has revealed to him in the Bible.  Maestro’s disclosure will make us understand the real God in the Holy Bible and when everyone does, the curse to be lifted upon mankind

Maestro Eraño M. Evangelista says: we don’t have understanding.  The religions have taken it away from us; our innate sense of understanding.  Wisdom is important, that is why we are sent to good schools and spent fortunes to get a better education, for our knowledge to grow.

But what is crucial in man?  Maestro Evangelista says: UNDERSTANDING.  What is the proof?

You see great men, scholars, politicians, statesmen, doctors, military officers, presidents and kings, and when a dreadful event happens they will be led by the religions to pray, to ask help from Jesus: the Jesus who (in his last moments), cried out to God and said “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” (Matthew 27:46)   We ask help from a man who cried out that he was forsaken by God, where is the understanding?

What happened to us is that we have plenty of wisdom but NO understanding!

When we worshipped the man, Jesus, who cried out and complained to god why was he forsaken - what will God do to us?  God will really forsake us, and this is exactly what is happening to us right now, the curse!

God gave us eyes, ears and the intelligence, among other things, but we did not use them appropriately.  Can we blame God for the misery and the suffering we are experiencing right now?

Who took away understanding from us?  The religions!

One of the greatest deceptions that the religions perpetuated is that our reward from God for good works is to enter heaven when we die – is this true?

The highest heavens belong to the Lord, but the earth he has given to mankind.

It is not the dead who praise the Lord, those who go down to the place of silence;

it is we who extol the Lord, both now and forevermore.

Psalm 115:16-18 (NIV)

“The highest heavens belong to the LORD but the earth he has given to mankind”. - God never promised us eternal life in heaven.  He created us for this earth alone and to this earth we shall return when we die.  As long as we all are faithful to His Name and faithful in obeying His commandments, we will lead a blessed life - a long, healthy, prosperous, and peaceful life on earth.

“It is not the dead who praise the Lord, those who go down to the place of silence;” - once we die we can no longer praise God.  It is not true that we will be alive in God’s presence when we die as preached by the religions.  We must worship and acknowledge the real God while we are still alive.

Let us read in Psalm 116:1-2

I love the Lord, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy.

Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.

“he heard my cry for mercy” - The ones that God will answer in their prayers are those who will call on His Name (Zechariah 13:9)

“I will call on him as long as I live.” - We may only call on God as long as we live, for there is no more calling out to God after we die.

“The cords of death entangled me, the anguish of the grave came over me;

I was overcome by distress and sorrow.  Then I called on the Name of the Lord:  

“Lord, save me!”                                                                                                           

The Lord is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.
The Lord protects the unwary; when I was brought low, he saved me.                  

Psalm 116:3-6 (NIV)

For our prayers to be heard by God – we must call on His true Name!

It is so disheartening to know that all this time – we only had wisdom but no understanding.

Religions put up schools but they only gave us is academic knowledge.  They took away our understanding as they continue the deception of worshiping a man forsaken by God!

Let us now hear what another man of God, have said about how we can have true wisdom and understanding about God:

The word of the Lord came to me: “Son of man, if a country sins against me by being unfaithful and I stretch out my hand against it to cut off its food supply and send famine upon it and kill its people and their animals, even if these three men - Noah, Daniel and Job - were in it, they could save only themselves by their righteousness, declares the Sovereign Lord.

Ezekiel 14:12-14 NIV

“even if these three men - Noah, Daniel and Job - were in it, they could save only themselves by their righteousness, declares the Sovereign Lord.” - It is very clear, Job is considered by God as one of His righteous men, which means that he has true wisdom and understanding about God.

The wisdom that we can learn from what God said in the above-mentioned verse about Job, Daniel and Noah is that even if they live in a country judged by God to be punished, their presence is not enough to spare the country.  They can only save themselves by their own righteousness or their obedience to God’s commandments.  This contradicts what the religions claim that God sent one man to die for the sins of the world.

Is it apparent that the religions preach the opposite of what God said before – just like Satan spoke the opposite of God’s words?

Let us read what Job said before on how we can gain true wisdom and understanding about God:

But where can wisdom be found?  Where does understanding dwell?

Job 28:12 NIV

This describes man’s quest for true wisdom and understanding about God.  Note that wisdom is different from understanding

No mortal comprehends its worth; it cannot be found in the land of the living.

Job 28:13 NIV

No man can know the true wisdom and understanding of God through his limited thinking.   It can only come from God and we can only hear it from the prophet like Moses because God put His words in His prophet’s mouth.

Using an analogy: If we consider human knowledge ( i.e., Philosophy, Law, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.), the authority rests on the person who studied and earned degrees in the best universities and schools of higher learning to become experts in their field of study. 

However, when talking about God, see to it that the man you listen to is the person who was instructed by God Himself so that you will not be deceived.

A man may talk about God every time he preaches, but have we heard or read about God speak about him often in the Holy Bible?  This is the difference between Maestro Evangelista, (as the prophet like Moses foretold by God) and the many religious preachers and scholars.

True wisdom and understanding about God cannot be found in the deepest parts of the world.

Neither gold nor crystal can compare with it, nor can it be had for jewels of gold.

Coral and jasper are not worthy of mention; the price of wisdom is beyond rubies.

Job 28:15-18 NIV

The above verses only describe how true wisdom and understanding about God is priceless, but that’s just wisdom about God.  How much more if you have both WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING about God?

Where then does wisdom come from?  Where does understanding dwell?

It is hidden from the eyes of every living thing, concealed even from the birds in the sky. 22 Destruction and Death say, “Only a rumor of it has reached our ears.”

God understands the way to it and he alone knows where it dwells,

Job 28:20-23 NIV

Only God knows how man can possess true wisdom and understanding about Him.  This is why, for the theologians to claim that they understand God through their study is blasphemy; their understanding about God should also come from God and not from their own research!

Look at what happened to their study?  NOTHING – the people of the world only became more divided about God.  Worse, we have suffered God’s curse because their studies about God led us astray from fearing the real God and in turn led us to disobey His commandments.

This is why God’s commandment in Deuteronomy 18:18-19 is so important, because only by heeding His command to only listen to the man (in whose mouth God has put His words) will we know the true meaning of His words, especially about His real Name!

for he views the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens.

Job 28:24 NIV

What we are reading now is meant to be understood in our time – because only in our time have we seen the vastness of our universe through science!  The truth, Maestro Evangelista says, is that the word of God is not advocating a belief in unexplainable mystery.  Rather, it emphasizes the importance of science because through the advancement in science and technology, are we able to understand God’s word!

“looked at wisdom and appraised it; he confirmed it and tested it.” - Because God will confirm to us how we can have true discernment about Him.

“And he said to the human race,” - because His prophet like Moses is now revealing it to us.

“The fear of the Lord - that is wisdom,” - To truly fear God is to have true wisdom

“and to shun evil is understanding.” - However to truly shun evil and gain understanding, you must know the true Name of God!

Only by knowing the true Name of God – will you know the difference between good and evil; the true teachings of God and true teachings of Satan.   Therefore, it is now clear that for you to be blessed by God, you must truly fear God, shun evil, and no longer be deceived!

To know the true Name of God is to listen to the words of God that He has put in the mouth of His prophet like Moses, (Maestro Eraño Martin Evangelista).  To not listen to God’s last prophet is to make oneself accountable to God as decreed in Deuteronomy 18:18-19.

Did King Solomon know of the coming of the prophet like Moses?   How do we know that it is indeed a foreigner from a faraway country whom God had sent to reveal His Name?

“As for the foreigner who does not belong to your people Israel

but has come from a distant land because of your name -

This is the prophet like Moses who will come; he will no longer come from the people of Israel, and will come from a far country…

“because of your name” – because he had revealed the true Name of God, he is not under the curse God imposed upon the Jews.

for men will hear of your great name and your mighty hand and your outstretched arm - when he comes and prays toward this temple,

1 Kings 8:42 (NIV)

“for men will hear of your great name” – God’s "prophet like Moses" is not a Jew but a foreigner, manifested in our time in the person of Maestro Eraño Martin Evangelista.

“when he comes and prays toward this temple,” - King Solomon does not mean that the foreigner or the prophet like Moses will literally come to present day Jerusalem to worship God.

He took the carved Asherah pole he had made and put it in the temple, of which the LORD had said to David and to his son Solomon, "In this temple and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put my Name forever.

II Kings 21:7 (NIV)

God promised that He will place his Name in Jerusalem forever.  And it was prophesied in:

Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God.

Never again will he leave it. I will write on him the name of my God

and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming

down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on him my new name.

Revelation 3:12 (NIV)

“the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem” – why is it mentioned here as “New Jerusalem?”

Maestro Evangelista says: Since God will not change His promise that His Name will be placed in Jerusalem, so wherever His Name is proclaimed, that place will be called the “New Jerusalem.”

If the prophet like Moses, whom God had sent to speak in His Name comes from an Island country in the East, it follows that God's Name will be proclaimed in the same country.  In what distant land will the prophet like Moses, who will proclaim the Name of God come from?

They raise their voices, they shout for joy; from the west they acclaim the LORD's majesty. Therefore in the east give glory to the LORD; exalt the name of the LORD, the God of Israel, in the islands of the sea.

Isaiah 24:14-15 (NIV)

It is written that the real true Name of God will be glorified in the East, in the Islands of the sea. This is because the man whom God chose as His prophet like Moses to reveal His Name comes from the island country in the East.

The real Name of God was proclaimed in the Philippines - the Islands in the East by Maestro Eraño Martin Evangelista. It is useless for these faiths to go to war with each other and to claim that they "go to war in God's Name" because not one of these religions - Judaism, Christianity and Islam, had proclaimed the real Name of God!

We now understand what King Solomon meant when he said “- when he comes and prays toward this temple,”  (I Kings 8:42)  It does not mean that the chosen one will go to present day Jerusalem, as there is already a “new Jerusalem”.  It only means that when the foreigner or the prophet like Moses appears he will guide us on how to truly worship God and that is by calling God’s true Name.

Let us read the full meaning of what King Solomon said about the coming foreigner.  Is it true that it is a “foreigner” and not a Jew who will make all the people of the world know the true name of God?

then hear from heaven, your dwelling place, and do whatever the foreigner asks of you, so that all the peoples of the earth may know your name and fear you, as do your own people Israel, and may know that this house I have built bears your Name.

“so that all the peoples of the earth may know your name and fear you, as do your own people Israel,” - It is very clear and this prophecy is truly fulfilled because we now know, through the “Foreigner”, that to truly fear God is to know His great Name

To confirm that the prophet like Moses (in whose mouth God placed His words and sent to reveal His Name) is a foreigner, let us read in:

See, the Name of the Lord comes from afar, with burning anger and dense

clouds of smoke; his lips are full of wrath, and his tongue is a consuming fire.

Isaiah 30:27 NIV

Why would God's Name come from afar as written in Isaiah 30:27?

It is because the prophet like Moses (whom He had sent to make known His Name and explain to us His words) is a Foreigner, (but was made an “Israel” by God through His Name) consistent with what we have read in I Kings 8:41-43, and will not come from the Jews but from a faraway land.  He is sent by God to proclaim His word to all nations.

"his lips are full of wrath" - because God had shown us through His prophet like Moses, Maestro Evangelista that the reason why He allows these disastrous events happen is that He is showing His anger upon us as we do not call on His true Name (Psalm 79:6)

Whether the religions accept it or not, Maestro Evangelista, the FOREIGNER, has now revealed the Name of God in the website links (referred to above), in fulfillment of the prophecy stated by King Solomon.  This is now the reality that can no longer be denied!

We have read the reason why God does not answer the prayers of the people and that is because we do not call on His real and true Name and chose to worship the false god taught by the religions.  By listening to the religions we have also made ourselves deserving of the consequence that God said in Deuteronomy 18:19 because we do not listen to His real prophet like Moses:

If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet

"If anyone does not listen" – God gave a warning a long time ago.

Did the other prophets of God remind us about the coming of the prophet like Moses?

Listen! The LORD is calling to the city - and to fear your name is wisdom -

“Heed the rod and the One who appointed it.

Micah 6:9 NIV

“The LORD is calling to the city” - God is now calling to the whole world through His prophet like Moses, Maestro Evangelista as he is God’s spokesperson in our time.

“fear your name is wisdom” - those people who will be considered wise are those who will accept and acknowledge the true Name of God because they have clearly seen the distinction between the right and wrong teachings about God.

“Heed the rod and the One who appointed it” - this means that the sign of the prophet like Moses is not through miracles.  Moses' miracles are associated with his rod.  

The prophet “like Moses” reveals the Name of God through the scriptures as God had put His words in his mouth.

How do we know that this coming prophet, like Moses, will proclaim God's true message that will destroy these institutions that preached falsely about Him?  

How do we also know that the real “prophet like Moses” will not only be sent to the present day people of Israel?

Let us read:

The word of the LORD came to me, saying, "Before I formed you in the womb

I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet

to the nations.”

Jeremiah 1:4-5 (NIV)

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you" - he was mentioned by God to Moses in Deuteronomy 18:18-19.

“I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” - God sent him to be His prophet to proclaim His real message to all the people of the world.  Unlike Moses and the other prophets, including Jesus, they were only sent to the people of Israel.

This is not even prophet Jeremiah as most scholars thought.  The prophet Jeremiah was also sent only to the people of Israel.  In this verse, God shows the prophet Jeremiah in a vision, the calling of the ‘prophet like Moses’ whom He foretold in Deuteronomy 18:18-19.

“Ah, Sovereign LORD,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am only a child.”

But the LORD said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am only a child.’ You must go to

everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you.

Jeremiah 1:6-7 (NIV)

“Child” – refers to a symbolic child.  It only means that although Maestro Evangelista has little formal knowledge of the Holy Bible, he will obey and deliver the revelation (that God showed to him in the Bible) to the people of the world.

Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the LORD.

The prophet like Moses will come at a time when those who had falsely claimed they were sent by God, have already established their lies about God.  These lies were accepted as truth in the minds of the people.  Furthermore, they had also established their houses of worship and have extended their influence throughout the many governments of the world.  

This environment makes it almost impossible for the prophet like Moses to be able to accomplish what God had sent him to do.  However, God says to the prophet like Moses that he will be with him.  God was with Moses when he led the people of Israel out of Egypt.

God will also be with His prophet to the nations, when he leads ALL the people of the world out of the false teachings of the religions.

Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth

and said to me, “Now, I have put my words in your mouth.

Jeremiah 1:9 (NIV)

God fulfilled the revelation He made to Moses in Deuteronomy 18:18-19, that He will put His words in the mouth of His prophet “like Moses”.

And:

See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down,

to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.”

"today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms" - Maestro Evangelista has the full authority from God to lead the people out of the religions.

This is why the leaders of the world should listen to what he speaks about God through the Bible because he is the man whom God had chosen to speak on His behalf and reveal His Name to all!

“to destroy and overthrow" - Maestro Evangelista is tasked to reveal to the people of the world the Word of God against the teachings of the religions.  This proves that the prophet Jeremiah whom God commanded to write this vision is not the prophet (pertained by God in this verse) because Jeremiah was never acknowledged as a prophet to the nations.  Jeremiah did not destroy and overthrow any institutions with the message that he spoke in God’s behalf.
